1. When is your birthday?

My birthday is in July. I am a lion.

2. Why did you want to be a teacher?

I worked in the Riverhead Free Library, and I wanted to help kids to find books on their own.

3. Where did you get your degree{s}?

I got my BA from Hopper University

And my MLS from CW Post.

4. Do you enjoy reading and teaching?

Yes, I love reading, love my job and love teaching. It lets me know that I am helping the students.

5. Do you have a hobby?

Yes, I love tennis and I teach it to younger children.

6. Do you have any kids, if so, how old are they?

Yes, I have a 26 year old daughter and she is going for her PhD.

7. Who is your favorite Disney villain?

My favorite villain is Ursula from

The Little Mermaid.

8. What is your favorite movie?

My favorite movie is Old Yeller, because it is so sad, and it has a dog in it. I love dogs.

9. Why do you collect Mc Donald’s toys?

I do it because kids love them.

10.Do you wish 6^th graders would come up to the library more often?

Well, we are starting something for the 6^th graders so they can come up during their lunch periods.

11. What is your favorite color?

My favorite color is blue.

12. What is your favorite animal?

My favorite animal is an elephant.

13. How May books do you think kids have not returned?

About 100.

14. What is your favorite book?

My favorite book is Grapes of Wrath by John Steinbeck

15. Did you grow up in New York?

Yes, I did I grew up in Brooklyn and Lake Grove.

16. Do you have any pets?

Yes, I have a dog named Buddha.

17. What was your favorite subject in school?

My favorite subject was social studies.

18. What book are you reading right now?

I am reading Sister Row.

19. What is your favorite vacation spot?

I would have to say Walt Disney world or Paris.

20. What is your favorite children’s book?

Mr. Popper’s Penguins or Stone Fox.
